During 2006 the hotel will undergo Phase 2 of a £3.2 million refurbishment programme which will introduce a contemporary new product whilst maintaining the properties Georgian character. Accommodation comprises of 107 bedrooms, including 13 suites in the Ambassador Wing, many of which overlook the Victorian landscaped terraced gardens or Firth of Forth. 4 conference & banquet suites cater for a maximum meeting capacity of 100 delegates theatre-style or 80 for banquets. Health & leisure facilities are available on site to all in-house guests. Metered car parking (Monday - Friday 0830-1730hrs) is located on street, across from the hotel. Alternatively guests can take advantage of a 20% discount at the Greenside NCP secure car park, within short walking distance of the hotel.
