Strathpeffer Pavilion
This magnificent Pavilion, built in 1881, stands in the heart of the charming conservation village of Strathpeffer in the Highlands of Scotland, a mere 17 miles from the Highland capital of Inverness. Recently restored at a cost of nearly £2 million, the Pavilion forms the central feature of the ’spa’ complex, comprising the restored Pump Room and adjoining ‘Pleasure Gardens’. The combination provides one of the most unusual and beautiful venues in the north of Scotland and the Pavilion includes a licensed bar, as well as a high-quality restaurant and catering facility. The village itself was built and established as a spa in the 19th century and remains as attractive and unspoiled as it was in its heyday. A variety of hotels and guesthouses in the village can provide accommodation for delegates.
