Ardkinglas Estate
Ardkinglas Estate nestles at the head of Loch Fyne in Argyll, possibly the most beautiful loch in Scotland yet it is only one hours drive from Glasgow. Set amidst stunning scenery Ardkinglas has been used as a photographic location and also the setting for TV dramas and films whilst continuing the traditional highland estate activities of farming and stalking. Although not open to the public, Ardkinglas House, designed by Robert Lorimer, is available for meetings and small conferences. These would be held on the first floor in the main drawing room with magnificent views over the Loch . Meals can be arranged and either served in the dining room or at the nearby Loch Fyne Oyster Bar.
