Floors Castle
Welcome to Floors Castle! The largest inhabited castle in Scotland, home of the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, set in 54,000 acres of woodlands and rolling parklands. Overlooking the River Tweed and the picturesque town of Kelso, Floors was built by William Adam in 1721. The surrounding woodland gardens provide the perfect fairytale setting for outdoor events and activities such as highland games, charity galas, outdoor concerts - whatever the stretch of the imagination! Whether a marquee on the lawn is required or the state dining room seating a dinner of up to 85, the food is catered from the castle kitchens by the Duke's own personal chef.
