The Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre is situated beside Edinburgh Castle in a unique historical building.
We host all sorts of events accommodating up to 150 guests from whisky tastings and cocktail competitions to stunning banquets with our award-winning dining. Relax over a tasting of some of Scotland ’s finest and unusual single malt whiskies. Enjoy fun team building trying to guess which whisky is which. Take our whisky tour and you can discover all about Scotland 's most famous export. Tastings can also be run at the venue of your choice.
Excellent banquets and dining are all prepared by our award winning Amber Restaurant. Our chef takes great care to select local, season ingredients from small suppliers.
