- Liaison with venue staff to identify suitable areas for vehicles to uplift and set-down delegates.
- Complete management of all aspects of the conference/event transportation.
- Planning and overseeing the design, build and dismantling of any temporary bus station facilities.
- On-site supervision, at all times, during the conference or event.
- Monitoring service usage and, where necessary, altering service provision to meet changing delegate requirements.
- Provision of a transport strategy for mobility impaired delegates.
